A few of our lady members set off on a brilliant long weekend adventure, riding down to and around the stunning Ullswater area. The journey south was a bit wet at times, but spirits stayed high throughout.

The rest of the weekend more than made up for it, with excellent weather that really showed the Lake District at its best. Saturday was a standout, with a fantastic day’s riding taking in the iconic Hartside Pass, offering memorable roads and spectacular views throughout.

On Sunday, the pace eased slightly with a visit to the impressive Greystoke Castle, giving everyone a chance to soak up a bit of history and enjoy the surroundings before heading back out on the bikes.

Monday brought a more relaxed and leisurely ride home, rounding off what was a thoroughly enjoyable trip filled with great company, memorable scenery, and a perfect mix of riding and relaxation — already looking forward to the next one!
